Howard Gordon

Icebox co-founder Howard Gorder is co-creator and executive producer of the television series “Homeland”, winner of the 2012 Emmy and Golden Globe Award for best TV drama. The show, now in its second season on Showtime, is based on the popular Israeli drama “Hatufim” (“Prisoners of War”), one of the most controversial shows ever to air on Israeli television. Prior to this, Mr. Gordon was the showrunner and executive producer of the hit series “24.” A twenty-five year industry veteran, he first gained national attention for his award-winning work as executive producer of Fox’s groundbreaking series “The X-Files,” for which he won multiple Golden Globes. His other credits include “Angel,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Spenser: For Hire” and “Sisters.” He was also the creator and executive producer of the innovative 1999 drama “Strange World.” His first novel, “Gideon’s War,” was published in 2011, with a sequel, “Hard Target,” released in 2012.

Jonathan Collier

Icebox co-founder Jonathan Collier’s credits included co-executive producer of “King of the Hill”, writer and producer of “The Simpsons” and supervising producer of USA’s “Monk.” Jonathan is currently the executive producer of Fox’s “Bones.”

Rob LaZebnik

After writing for the Harvard Lampoon in college, Rob LaZebnik came to Los Angeles to write for three seasons on the HBO show “Not Necessarily the News.” He then worked at Witt-Thomas-Harris Productions for over ten years as a writer-producer, eventually creating and Executive Producing the series “Muscle” for the WB and “Common Law” for ABC. After Witt-Thomas, he joined “The Simpsons” for two seasons as Co-Executive Producer. Since then, he worked as a Consulting Producer on “The Ellen Show” for CBS, Executive Producer of “Greetings From Tucson” on the WB Network, and Co-Executive Producer for three seasons on the ABC series “Less Than Perfect.” He returned to “The Simpsons” in January of 2007 where he continues today as a writer and Co-Executive Producer, and where he has won three Emmy Awards.

Scott Rupp

Scott has over 17 years experience in international new media and entertainment, including roles in general management, finance & investing, business development, product development and as a founding entrepreneur. His career has spanned world class, global organizations such as McKinsey & Company, The Carlyle Group and Deutsche Banc, as well as dynamic start-ups such as Digital Artists, Gazillion Entertainment and Icebox. He has a passion for building and understanding fast-moving, content-led interactive media businesses from around the world and structuring catalytic, strategic partnerships that drive their growth and value. Scott earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management; an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. He lives with his wife and daughter in San Francisco, California.

Tal Vigderson

Independent film and television producer, new media entrepreneur, executive consultant, seasoned entertainment attorney, published writer, notary public, shameless braggart – these are just a few of the appellations and sobriquets associated with Tal Vigderson. When he is not expounding on his virtues, Mr. Vigderson heads-up the New Media animation powerhouse, Icebox, a pioneer in irreverent entertainment from top TV writers (Howard Gordon, Larry David), produces independent films (“Queer Duck”, “Baadasssss”, “Open Road”), represents film and TV scribes (Don Todd, Nikki Finke), hikes, travels and plays a little tennis – occasionally all at the same time.
